Convention menus

Target Center concessions will be open from registration through lunch, and again at dinner time. The Target Center team will include both union employees (in the kitchen and suites) and background-checked nonprofit volunteers raising funds for their children's educational programs, meaning this event supports both labor organizations and families in the community. Note that the Halal and Kosher options below require pre-order by the morning of Wednesday, July 16.

The Frozen Spoon

This cafe area will be open from 8am-2pm and 4pm-8pm outside Section 106.

Soul Bowl/Walking Taco

This area will be open from 10am-2pm for lunch, and 4-8pm for dinner outside Section 106.

This area will be open from 10am-2pm for lunch, and 4-8pm for dinner outside Section 109.

Kosher and Halal options

The Target Center partners with Holy Land Restaurant to provide Kosher and Halal meals in the Target Center. Kosher and Halal meals must be ordered in advance by email from the Target Center’s concessions partner before 2pm on Wednesday, July 16.

A limited number of Kosher and Halal meals on a sliding scale price will be provided by Minneapolis DFL. A few donors have also generously donated to cover the cost of a handful of Kosher and Halal meals. Please email Michael at sd62.chair.dfl@gmail.com for more information and to reserve.
